The First Commit: Why I Started This Journey
Welcome to my first post. A little story and the goals I want to achieve through this blog.
"In the world of version control, a 'commit' is more than just saving code; it’s a record of progress, a snapshot of a moment in time, and a step toward a finished product. Where I Am Now For the past few years, I have been deeply immersed in the world of IT Infrastructure & Operations. My daily life involves managing servers, networking, and ensuring that mission-critical systems run smoothly. It’s a fast-paced environment that has taught me the importance of reliability and performance. The Shift to Code While I love the physical and systemic side of tech, I’ve always been curious about what happens inside the applications we support. This curiosity led me to pick up JavaScript and start my journey with Dicoding. I’ve spent my recent months diving into semantic HTML, CSS layouts, and the logic of modern web development. The Goal of This Blog I created this space for three reasons: Documentation: To track my progress as I build projects. Bridging the Gap: To explore how my background in infrastructure can help me build more scalable and stable web applications. Accountability: To stay committed to my goal of becoming a Full Stack Engineer. This journey isn't just about changing roles; it’s about expanding my horizons. I’m excited to share my learnings, the bugs I encounter, and the systems I build along the way. Thanks for being part of my first commit. Let’s build something great!"
